香港中文大學哲學系中國哲學與文化研究中心訂於2016年12月15至17日舉辦「先秦諸子的哲學與交鋒」國際學術會議。先秦諸子的哲學可謂中國哲學的源頭，過去十多年隨著出土簡帛及嶄新研究觀點的引入，相關研究產生了豐富的成果。是次會議召開的目的，是希望讓此領域的前沿研究能作進一步的交流攻錯。會議將以中、英雙語進行。與會學者可就下列子題進行析論：
1. 先秦諸子的哲學思想
2. 出土簡帛與先秦諸子的研究
3. 先秦諸子的論辯與交鋒
4. 先秦諸子哲學在後世的發展
The Research Centre for Chinese Philosophy and Culture (RCCPC) at the Department of Philosophy of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) will convene an international conference “Pre-Qin Thinkers: Philosophical Thoughts and Debates” on the CUHK campus on December 15–17 (Thursday through Saturday), 2016.
The pre-Qin philosophy is considered the source of Chinese philosophical thought. Since the excavation of the bamboo slips and silk texts in the last decades, new research approaches to pre-Qin thought have been introduced and fruitful results have been produced. By organizing this conference we aim to push the research frontier forward through stimulating intellectual exchange and lively dialogue. The official languages at the conference will be Chinese and English. Subthemes of the conference include:
- Philosophical thoughts of pre-Qin thinkers;
- Research on excavated silk and bamboo slips and pre-Qin thinkers;
- Debates and arguments among pre-Qin thinkers;
- Subsequent developments of pre-Qin philosophical thought.
