PHI 2400 Introductory Latin

This course aims at presenting the Latin language as an important element for the development of the Western civilization.
The Latin declensions and conjugations, proverbs and vocabulary will be part of the drilling exercise, in order to experience the Roman mentality and logic.
Students are expected to broaden their cultural horizon and obtain a deeper understanding of the mechanism of human expression through speech.
