In teaching history of philosophy, in particular of Greek philosophy in China, I have met many young Chinese scholars/ students who appreciate Heidegger・s later philosophy so much, that for them what Heidegger said about the Western culture, especially about the understanding and interpretation of Greek philosophy, would be taken very seriously as the authentic explanation.
In this paper the author at first will show that in Heidegger・s interpretation there is some incorrectness, for example, his interpretation of Ph. 192b.23 --- Ph. 192b.27 of Aristotle・s Physics, B, 1.
And then he wants to discuss some of Heidegger・s general assertions about Aristotle in GA 45, to show their unilateralism.
At the end he will point out, Heidegger・s Interpretation of in GA 45 is a repeating of the popular opinion, and the text-historical and text-grammatical discussion could be more enlightened for the approaching of Aristotle・s idea.
